    Refund Policy

    Our refund policy allows for exchanges or refunds only under specific conditions:

    1) Incorrect Product Received

    • If the customer receives a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange for a free pickup of the incorrect item.
    • Upon receiving the incorrect product, we will dispatch the correct product or process a refund within 7 working days.
    • The product must be unused, and the packaging must not be damaged or tampered with.
    • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.
    • All supporting documentation such as the receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card, and any accessories must be included.

    2) Damaged Products Received

    • If the customer receives a damaged product, they may request a refund, provided they provide video proof of the damage.
    • Customers are required to record a video while unboxing and unwrapping the product from the delivery packaging. This video will serve as proof of the damage.
    • In the case of mobile phones, any claims regarding performance issues, refunds, replacements, or repairs will be handled by the respective brand.
    • If video proof is not provided or if the video is taken after the product has been unboxed, the refund request will not be processed.

    3) Change of Mind

    • Refund requests due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
    • Only valid claims regarding incorrect or damaged products as mentioned above will be processed.

    4) Timeframe for Refunds

    • If a refund is approved, the payment will be processed within 28 days from the date of approval.

    5) Shipping Damage

    • In cases where the product is damaged during shipping, the claim must be made with the shipping company directly. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping services.
    • Refunds or replacements will not be provided if the damage is due to the shipping process.
